The sad thing about encyclopaedia is that they're out of date as soon as they've been published.

This one, from Purnell, was made up from partworks collected to form 12 complete volumes. Well researched, beautifully presented, with colour plates printed in Italy when they were ahead of the game in this area, this set still has appeal to some collectors. If you are one of them, we have the whole publisher's set.

We actually have two versions of this: one in green binders, another in large cream coloured binders which also has two smaller volumes with an A-Z Index. Please let us know which one you may be interested in. We are willing to negotiate a fair price for the whole collection.
