That's fine, we love to hear from you and will always try to meet your needs if we can. We appreciate that many of yesterday's partworks series are more plentiful in the UK than in the less populated parts of the English-speaking world. But there's a 12.000 mile problem getting them out to you. The cost of shipping is high. Even sending them by sea takes up to 12 weeks and can cost more than air freight.
We've found a useful solution. A fine lady in Melbourne is willing to be a distribution centre for us. This means we can bundle several orders together and take advantage of parcel weight thresholds to get consignments most of the way to you. Of course, if you happen to live in Perth or Brisbane then there's still a fair hop and postal charge to add to the journey. And we may have to sit on your order for a few weeks until there are enough separate consignments to make it worthwhile.
