We try to avoid stocking hardbacks but this is an exception. Supercook is still a very popular reference work for serious cooks. Bound versions of the original magazine version (listed above) are now difficult to find in good condition. This hardback edition in 23 parts (white spine, beige covers) makes a welcome alternative. (please note, there's also a hb version in red covers with just 22 parts, so you may need to specify if this is important to you)
