Robert Carrier still has legions of devoted followers. Unlike Supercook which is organised alphabetically, like an encyclopedia, Carrier's definitive work lends itself to subdivision by theme. This is good news to poultry lovers who will find all the classic recipes bound together in a useful hardback book.
If you buy Supercook, the full set of 23 hardbacks will set you back a good few bob and many of the recipes will be of no great interest. The Carrier books are unnumbered and can be purchased singly according to taste and purpose. We present them in alphabetic order and allocate a number (1-17) but this is purely for our convenience. The number in brackets after each title denotes availability.
