112 Parts, sub-titled "The Encyclopedia of World Cooking" and billed as "everything you will ever need to know about food and how to cook it". It's still a very impressive series, organised alphabetically. It's by far our most sought after cooking title.

These magazine parts are usually in good condition for their age. Naturally, as kitchen aids, some issues may have seen active combat and we cannot guarantee there won't be the occasional stain.

The series was issued at least four times, with minor differences usually affecting the rear cover, so if you are looking to match up with an existing edition you might want to ask before ordering.

We often get enquiries from people wanting to replace worn out binders. We're happy to do this when we have decent examples in stock but finding them in pristine condition is now unlikely. The binders, having started out white, often show signs of ageing and this is generally reflected in the price. Each binder has a fold-out clear perspex liner to help protect the magazines in use; this may have started out as a good idea but the perspex tends to harden with age. Best to enquire before ordering. We recommend you ask about the hardback series as a better bet for long-term use.
